I hold a master of arts (MA) in social anthropology from BahrDar university and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in social anthropology from Bulie Hora university. \u00a0Currently, I serve as a social antheroplogy staff member in the department of sociology at Debre Markos university. In this role, I teach first year (Frishman) students social antheroplogy courses. Related with this I had prepared different syllabuses and instructional materials and undertakes various academic and departmental responsibilities. I have five (5) years of teaching experience at Debre Markos university. \u00a0I hold several additional professional certifications, including the higher diploma program (HDP), SPSS and stata, e-Learning (e-SHE) and 5 million Ethiopian coder courses including data-science fundamentals, programing fundamentals and artificial intelligence fundamentals for strengthening higher education program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In summary, I am committed to work in teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, and community engagement continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of social antheroplogy education and higher education in Ethiopia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">My research interests include culture and society, gender issues, social change, marginalization and vulnerable group. \u00a0Particularly I am interested in studying indigenous knowledge in holistic perspective in order to answer the question of how we can adapt our country&#8217;s traditional culture and knowledge to the modern world without losing its essence.
